  2. Decision on timeframe – one year, two years.
  3. Assessment of future spend requirements.
  4. Considerations i.e. Leveraging, incorporating across locations.
  5. Analysis of 'like' suppliers i.e. Stationery, printing, IT etc.
  6. Review.
  7. What then?

  7. Implementation – the means, transition etc.
  8. Review – is it feasible, effective.  What if not?
